1. Returns Eligibility:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
Customized or special order items are not eligible for return unless they are deemed defective or damaged.

2.Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@augelights.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs of damaged or defective items.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.


3. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective afeas to
expedite the resolution process.
- Auge Light will arrange for the return shipping of defective or damaged items and will cover associated costs.

4. Non-Defective Returns:
If you wish to return a non-defective item for reasons other than damage, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund for the cost of the item, excluding any original shipping charges.


5. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.


7. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may be applied for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not returned in their original condition.
